| I. Background | |||
| TROP2 由 TACSTD2 基因编码，是一种钙信号跨膜蛋白，TROP2 在胚胎发育过程中以 及恶性肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、转移具有重要意义。TROP2 在很多健康的器官中表达，包 括呼吸道、宫颈、子宫内膜、结肠直肠和胆管上皮的肝脏等发育正常成熟的器官外，胚胎 和胎儿发育过程中 TROP2 也会在肺、肠、胃、膀胱和肾脏中表达。TROP2 在各种上皮性 肿瘤中特异表达，顺利获得增加细胞中周期蛋白 D1 和 E 的 量来加速细胞周期过程，从而导致 肿瘤的生长，明显提高肿瘤细胞的侵袭力和转移潜能。TROP2 在胰腺癌、乳腺癌、结肠癌、 胃癌、口腔鳞癌等多种上皮起源的实体肿瘤中高表达，在男性前列腺癌中和女性卵巢癌、 宫颈癌等生殖系统恶性肿瘤也高表达。TROP2 的高表达也存在于非上皮起源的肿瘤中，例 如黑色素瘤、结外 NK/T 细胞淋巴瘤、胶质瘤和胶质母细胞瘤以及骨肉瘤。TROP2 在垂体 腺瘤中也被发现过表达。 | |||
